while frank slept is a short “fan film” in pre-production based on the classic 2001: a space odyssey (1968) The events in this short film take place on board the USS Discovery on route to Jupiter and beyond the infinite. We learn that there is more than meets the eye here and that the actual mission went far differently than the original film would lead us to believe.
